Subsero Health Leads Accountable Care Organization (ACO) to Nearly $7 Million in Shared Savings While Earning a Quality Score of 94%
As a leader in healthcare’s evolution toward value-based care, Subsero Health, a Sarasota-based ACO management company, announced today that one of its clients, Health Point ACO, LLC, has earned the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) nearly $7 million in savings for the 2016 calendar year.

Overall in 2016, only 31% of ACO’s nation-wide earned shared savings for CMS. With Subsero Health’s administrative support, Health Point ACO, LLC ranked in the top 10% of all ACO’s in terms of medical savings, and in the top 10% of ACOs in the State of Florida.

By streamlining its clinical processes and enhancing its coordination of patient care, Subsero Health generated $904.54in saving per patient, equating to an overall 8% medical cost savings.
